Since 1996 Some Pig Information Design, founded by Stacie Johnston, has enabled nonprofit and business organizations to gather and share specialized information effectively. Rob Johnston joined the company full-time in 2013 after years of moonlighting while employed in New York City nonprofit organizations.
Stacie and Rob have three masters degrees and 70 years of combined working experience. No longer wet behind the ears, they offer grown-up service for grown-up clients. They will help your organization determine how it can best communicate its message and provide continuing service to make that message loud and clear.
Why “Some Pig?”
Some Pig Information Design takes its name from E. B. White’s great American novel for children, Charlotte’s Web. Charlotte is an extraordinary spider who writes messages about Wilbur, the pig who lives below her in the barn. Her first message in the web was a simple, but straightforward, “some pig.”
We will always strive to follow our remarkable predecessor, and deliver clear, effective messages through the web. After all, who wouldn't want to be remembered like Charlotte, who was “in a class by herself,” and, as Wilbur remembered, “It is not often that someone comes along who is a true friend and a good writer. Charlotte was both.”
